We’ve previously been happy customers of Red McCombs when we bought a new Ford Escape. So when we needed information on buying out our Hyundai lease we decided to go to Red McCombs Hyundai. Unfortunately we bought a new Ford Escape. So when we needed information on buying out our Hyundai lease we decided to go to Red McCombs Hyundai. Unfortunately, our sales person was more interested in selling a car than answering our questions. We ended up leasing a new vehicle… but in retrospect we regret doing the deal. Facts and pricing were misrepresented multiple times by multiple people. I NEVER want to work this individual again, and the McCombs brand has lost my respect. I’m embarrassed that I allowed myself to be pressured, as I know better. The entire thing has left a bad taste… asks I feel like every time I drive the car, I’ll wish we hadn’t bought it!!! If they had listened and cared about our wants and needs… they would probably still done a deal… but on our timetable… and we’d have gotten what we wanted. More

Waited 3 and half hours just for an oil change and tire rotation, then charged for the labor of 3 and half hours. Everyone else who came after me got their cars way before me and the people working on my c rotation, then charged for the labor of 3 and half hours. Service was good, cannot complain about that. I took it in for regular maintenance and they did a good job. However, when I start the car, there is a "vinegar" smell coming from the air ducts I took it in for regular maintenance and they did a good job. However, when I start the car, there is a "vinegar" smell coming from the air ducts and I asked if they could look at it, I was told that they had an opening to check it out in 2 weeks but that I would have to leave the car with them for the whole 2 weeks so they could look into it. Really? What kind of service is this? More
