My service agent was very nice and helpful. I believe my frustrations were out of his control but still frustrating. I came in for maintenance service and added a state inspection. After 2 h I believe my frustrations were out of his control but still frustrating. I came in for maintenance service and added a state inspection. After 2 hours in your waiting room, I was told I could not get the inspection due to a system being down. Two hours for an oil change and system check is too long. Your new waiting area is nice but with an appointment, I don't believe customers should have to wait that long. I drive in from Fredericksburg so my options are limited. I require several recalls but was told I would have to leave the car for a couple of days! Maybe y'all should consider a loner in these situations. My last two cars were an Audi and an Acura and both dealerships offered loaners. It was nice! Good service is key to where I buy a car. So, all that to say, I thought my Gilbert was very nice and as helpful as he could be, but was possibly limited in the service/timing he could provide. Thanks for listening. More
I lost a lot of money and offers. Gave me defective vehicle without treating the brakes and then asked me to trade in to get a new one.
