The first initial interaction went well when I came in to get my services completed. But, when my car was ready I saw the services representative bring my car around and I had to wait 30 minutes to get the k get my services completed. Service center provided prompt service and were very friendly. I took care of the tire issue and am now safely on the road. However, Hyundai has a recall on my vehicle. To get that serviced I was told the Palisade would need to stay for a week. Hyundai offers no loaner and my insurance said that the vehicle is drivable so they cannot help me either. Not sure what to do at this point since I need the vehicle to get to work and back. More
