We had a excellent buying experience with Kaitlyn Reed when we purchased a 2020 Ram 3500 Longhorn in 2020. However, we can not say the same about the service department. We scheduled our vehicle to have w when we purchased a 2020 Ram 3500 Longhorn in 2020. However, we can not say the same about the service department. We scheduled our vehicle to have warranty issues corrected and dropped our vehicle off on time. Our vehicle came with a tailgate that can be opened from inside the vehicle and from the key fob. Instead of the mechanics figuring out what was causing the problem, they just said push in on the tailgate and pull the latch. Also had a problem with the wipers coming on when there is no rain, apparently the mechanics do not know how to use circuit testers to detect issues with sensors but that issue was not fixed as well. We had recently purchased tires and the tire repair shop told us that our ball joints needed to be replaced. We had to call twice about whether or not the ball joints had been inspected and on the second call was told to give them 15 minutes and they would have the ball joints checked. We said never mind that we would just come pick up our vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle we found that they reported that front end components had been checked and had no issues even though the front end had not been thoroughly examined. More

Although we got a good deal, the time, effort and back and forth was trying to say the least. The second new one was purchased from Red River, totally opposite experience, great deal, great service, no pressure and we dealt with one person, Sara. She is awesome! Caring, knowledgeable and made us feel like we were important. We have had several questions regarding both vehicles and the service after the sale from Red River far surpasses Riser.
