I ordered a highly sought-after Ford Maverick through Sherry as she advertised through a Facebook group for Mavericks that the Reddick Brown Ford. Honest dealers are becoming harder to find, so I jumped at the opportunity. While Sherry and I have had several prior communications, she called me during her vacation, on a cruise ship, to inform me a Maverick had newly become available for pickup. I'll spare you the logistics on my side, but it was a very tight timeframe to churn out a flight and transportation to both Tennessee and the dealership, which all was accommodated with immense grace from both Sherry and Noah, my contact while Sherry was on vacation. Both Sherry and Noah made my purchasing experience phenomenal - I quite literally stepped out of an Uber at Reddick Brown and was sitting in my brand new maverick with paperwork signed in under 15 minutes. If you've ever purchased a car before, this is unheard of. I communicated all the essentials beforehand (within 12 hours to flying down to Tennessee) and I quite literally signed and drove away. No high pressure sales, no gimmicks, just results. The service overall was nothing less than phenomenal, done largely remotely as I live out of state. Arrived at my appointment to have my 2019 F150 Platinum serviced and we promptly greeted and received a confirmation that my service was scheduled for the appointed time. When I went to the check out desk for payment, I was greeted by an old friend and had a nice conversation during my check out process. I am new to the area and choose this dealership pre pandemic. Their lot was chocked full of cars that held my attention. Their recent oil change, tire rotation plus two recall repairs were completed w pandemic. Their lot was chocked full of cars that held my attention. A repairmen chose to smoke either in or under my car.causing the cabin to smell of cigarette smoke. I am a non smoker. I contacted the dealership as I left for another appointment and was informed that, Chris Chalfant, a partner, was unavailable but would contact me the next day, which he did. He offered to detail the entire car inside and out to remove the smell. Have not had the opportunity to return to have the detailing completed due to the Christmas holidays. More
