Arrived at my appointment to have my 2019 F150 Platinum serviced and we promptly greeted and received a confirmation that my service was scheduled for the appointed time. During the service, I was consulted about my air cleaner which was supposed to be replaced at 30,000 miles and it was. After the service was done, the technician went over the condition of my tires, brakes and other components checked for "The Works" service. When I went to the check out desk for payment, I was greeted by an old friend and had a nice conversation during my check out process. Courteous, competent and friendly employees from state to finish. I was there total time of less than 45 minutes. Great experience. More

I am new to the area and choose this dealership pre pandemic. Their lot was chocked full of cars that held my attention. Their recent oil change, tire rotation plus two recall repairs were completed w pandemic. Their lot was chocked full of cars that held my attention. A repairmen chose to smoke either in or under my car.causing the cabin to smell of cigarette smoke. I am a non smoker. I contacted the dealership as I left for another appointment and was informed that, Chris Chalfant, a partner, was unavailable but would contact me the next day, which he did. He offered to detail the entire car inside and out to remove the smell. Have not had the opportunity to return to have the detailing completed due to the Christmas holidays. More
