We had a small evap leak in April and had multiple parts replaced, $200 deductible with extended warranty. Three months later same code pops up and more parts replaced with another $200 deductible that most replaced, $200 deductible with extended warranty. Three months later same code pops up and more parts replaced with another $200 deductible that most likely defective at our April appt but not detected during test. P0456 code has been piping up every 3 months or so for over a year. We will be back for a transmission issue with this dodge and a cruise control issue with my Ram. More

Purchased my jeep here and everything went great. Service on the other hand.....dropped my jeep off last Monday and it’s been there a little over a week. Texted for an update, after trying to call and waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, then they told me they would get back to me. Never did so I texted again today....they said they tightened a bolt on my rear spoiler, haven’t even looked at the main reason I took it in. If I make an appt you would think your team would be ready for my car to be repaired. Service dept told me they will be sending out to repair a falling off fender then will look at the main gas tank issue. Wow I can’t imagine what someone would do if they didn’t have another car to get themselves to work to make money so they can pay for the car. Poor service and you have to make the effort to get anything out of them about where they are with your car. Won’t be buying my next car from them and definitely won’t bring it back to them for service once it’s out of Warranty. More
