Be mindful of the lies. I am an expert in deception and I was laughing at all David's lies. The 2016 S65 was sitting at the dealership "because it was on consignment" I gues I am an expert in deception and I was laughing at all David's lies. The 2016 S65 was sitting at the dealership "because it was on consignment" I guess that's his best excuse. The car was listed at 54.8k miles and when I test drove it I noticed it was 52k miles. Priced at 62.8k No service records for a 218k car, okay! He showed me some receipt from a repair place on University Ave for 150 bucks and he said they checked everything out. They checked a 12 cylinder vehicle for 150 dolllars, sure. Then David said to make the offer because "the owner has an out of state buyer". Again, I was laughing. If fhese guys were more honest and said they can't sell the car after lowering the price 8 times in 1 ish years then they would be more credible. I would be guarded purchasing anything from this dealership unless it's in writing. More
Bought a Bentley from them. I was out of state. They sold the car without the master key. It came with a valet key only. Cannot open the trunk at all and the interior locks at all. Called the dealership and the car without the master key. It came with a valet key only. Cannot open the trunk at all and the interior locks at all. Called the dealership and they said that they were able to open to the trunk, which is either a lie or they lost the master key. They refused to provide a master key or pay for one. Who sells a car with a valet key only? And refused to tell you they don’t have the master key. Stay away from this dealership, they are so unethical. More
After the sale they fail I would not recommend Redline European. I bought a Bentley from them for a great price. Travis and David were both easy to work with on the pre-sales I would not recommend Redline European. I bought a Bentley from them for a great price. Travis and David were both easy to work with on the pre-sales side. Polite, responsive, and accommodating. And their paperwork processor was quick. But after I purchased the vehicle, dealing with them was terrible, to the point that I almost filed a lawsuit against them and reported them to the BBB and California AG. They had promised me three things that they said came with the vehicle but when it arrived (I had the car shipped), things were not as expected. They said manuals came with the car, but there were none. One of the two key fobs was missing a part. And one of the two cords that support the cargo cover were missing. All of these minor issues could have easily been fixed by them making it right within a couple weeks. Even with Covid, they could have handled this all working at home. But it took me dozens of emails and phone calls over seven months before they finally made good. Claims of "he's busy", "he's at an auction", "I'll have that to you this week", "they xxxx you (sic) on those parts prices", "you have to work with me", and more than four "I can't find that picture/email/text, can you resend it?" got really old.
