It's like one department doesn't honor what another has promised & then you have to spend extra time tracking down your salesperson to get involved (if he/she is working that day) which take longer time for you go on with your day. This is not providing a great customer service and doesn't make someone want to come to purchase another vehicle from them which will benefit all departments. More
