I bought a new car in July 2026. They were friendly and helpful when buying. Once i left dealer and had questions i called and had a hard time reaching anyone to talk to. When i reached someone they said they would research and get back to me. No one called me back including my salesman. I tried to call to talk to who owner or ran dealership, left message and no one called me back. I was supposed to get a military rebate . The salesman told me it was $1,000, but was $500. Since i didn't have a trade-in they said i had to go online to apply for it. I did but could not sign in. Contacted rebate program, they tried to help me sign in but couldn't, then they said they couldn't help me so didn't receive rebate. I think the program is a scam.They were not helpful at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst dealer i have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone. More

My wife and I drove from Kansas City to Reed Ford in Harrisonville and it was absolutely worth the trip. She did most of the legwork and she said it was one of the best car buying experiences she has ha Harrisonville and it was absolutely worth the trip. She felt genuinely respected throughout the whole process, which has not been the case at other dealerships. Armund and Morgan made everything easy by letting us handle a good chunk of it online before we ever set foot in the place, which was a huge plus for us. Pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises at the desk. Low pressure from start to finish. We have also used their mobile service and it was fantastic. They came to us, took care of everything, and made it completely hassle free. If that is an option for you, take advantage of it. We will not be going anywhere else. If you are looking for a Ford dealer near Kansas City that is locally owned, treats everyone with respect, and actually makes the process convenient, Reed Ford in Harrisonville is worth the drive.
