I have had several dealings with this dealership and this will be the last. They refused to warranty an oil plug because the oil had been changed at an outside place. All records were available that the car had been serviced every 5000 miles. The price I was quoted was over 600.! I asked for a manager and was treated rudely by the service manager and a salesman as well. I even called Nissan America and was told nothing could be done…no Goodwill offer, not even a reduced price. The car is under warranty, less than 20,000 miles. A few months prior it was in for a recall and the salesmen were hounding the customers waiting in the service waiting room even after being told there was no interest. Steer clear of this dealership! More
