After this experience dealing with both corporate and your dealership I made the decision to trade in the car at another dealer. I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the worst treatment. My favorite response was there will be no goodwill offer on a car in full warranty. The lack of respect for me just was not something I wanted to experience again.
