Refused to honor a written agreement on trade. After confirming with an employee that my trade would be accepted, I drove an hour and a half, only to be met with "we can't do that." The used sales manager flat out refused to honor the agreement (I had the text conversation as proof) because he said it was silly and the employee never should have done that. Regardless, your employee did. I was ready to purchase a vehicle that night (one that had mechanical issues to boot), and they didn't have the decency to speak up and help me out, because everyone who OK'd the deal was off that night. Terrible business practice, you should be ashamed. More

Told him that i will be back in tomorrow to pick up the car (Now i booked a flight, a hotel and took off work) in the matter of 1 day so i can get the car asap since he said he can only hold it for 1 day. I call later this night to confirm the pickup and he answers and says how busy he his selling the car he's supposed to be holding for me and i asked him why are you selling it when i have everything planned out to buy the car and his response was *Things happen and you will get over it* so as i was telling him i had everything planned out all he kept saying was *your out of luck bud.. blah blah blah. then got completely nasty with me and eventually hung up on me as i was talking to him. I have to say This was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had. He has me boiled and he lied to me stating he's holding the car for 1 day till i get there. I will NEVER do business there ever again and hope you all do the same! STAY AWAY More

But the sales staff and finance department evidently think everybody loves to come sit in an uncomfortable chair for hours on end at a car lot. We had negotiated the deal on Saturday but it was approaching 9:00 PM and the our salesman was off on Sunday so, we set an appointment for Monday after work to take delivery and sign documents. I was assured everything would be ready to go. When I get there, sit in a chair for about an hour, looking at finance guys in corner office of sales floor doing absolutely nothing but shooting the breeze. I go in there and ask them is my paperwork ready and one of the guys tells me we are working on it but not to worry they are open till 9:00. Ugghh!!!, I respond by holding my cell phone with the clock displayed it is 6:43, I tell the guy if I am not signing papers by 7:00 the deal is done and I am walking, 2 - 3 minutes later I’m signing papers. The car is nice pretty much satisfied with the car and deal but a minor problem with one of the sensors on the front bumper. It is working and functioning, It is just loose. My wife schedules a 5:00 appointment with the service Dept. He takes the car back for 10 mins or so, comes back with this story that the metal bracket it attaches to is broken and will have to be welded and that is not done at the Clermont location and she would need to take it to Orlando, might need a new front bumper, I call bull on that, everything on these newer cars is plastic but maybe I’m wrong so when I get home I crawl under the car remove access panel so that I can look at it. The sensor is simply glued in place and one side of glue has come loose easy fix, fixed it myself. Why did the service tech tell my wife such a story? It’s 5:00 he’s ready to call it a day and don’t want to bothered with it. So I called the customer service and spoke with Nikki in Orlando she said she would send my contact info to someone in Clermont. I haven’t heard from anyone? I got a fair deal compared to some other car lots I had shopped at But Reed Nissan’s customer service is so bad I won’t be doing business with them anymore. More

Not at Reed Nissan Clermont and certainly not with Christian Reyes. He and his team helped me with the purchase of my dream car and not only that but he made sure it was within my budget. I’m so happy with my purchase and with my entire experience! More

I had expressed that I was 100% wanting a specific vehicle’s they had on the lot. I was told they would place a “sold” tag on the car until I arrived and hold it for 2 days for me. (I live 5 hours away) Because I wanted the vehicle extrenely badly I had even agreed to take less than a fair Trade-In value for my perfect condition 2012 Ram 1500 Sport. I even did their “value your vehicle” option which sent me a values all over where OVER the price the offered me. Using the value of a vehicle in xxxx poor condition showing mechanical and cosmetic problems. My truck is a 9.5/10 with 1 minor rip in the seat and small ding on rear bumper. (Their $14,000 offer was an insult). I agreed to let them run my credit after they assured me they would hold the vehicle if i accepted their offer. Now less than 24 hours surprise surprise they sold the vehicle out from under me. There was no miscommunication they simply flat out lied to me over and over. I have near perfect credit, was putting down several thousand dollars as well as practically giving them my pristine vehicle and they still found it necessary to screw me because they couldn’t wait until the agreed update time that I would arrive to their dealership. So thanks for running several “hits” on my credit and wasting my time. True professional con-artists. Slime xxxxx and just make excuses. I would never recommend anyone to this place, especially if you live out of state or would travel a long distance! More
