Thank you for reaching out. The whole thing was horrible. The amount of money charged for the whole thing was rediculous and much more than the I was initially told. Salespeople sitting around out front on their phone. Waiting room was full of beat up chairs. Other dealerships have snacks and drinks and a relaxing waiting area. This dump had vending machines and old coffee. I spent over 8 hours in this place getting the runnaround and then charged over 3 times what I thought I would be paying. And no consolation. Nothing. I would never recommend this dinosaur of a dealership.
