If you are looking for quick and up front service on your vehicle, go somewhere else. As I write this, I have been waiting for 3 hours and they still haven't given me a price or time frame on my suburban. I vehicle, go somewhere else. As I write this, I have been waiting for 3 hours and they still haven't given me a price or time frame on my suburban. I feel that they are politely milking the clock and my trust for this place is near zero. All this because my A.C. isn't working. UPDATE: 8 hours here and they added even more money to the bill with no communication. I have had to go to the service desk to ask for updates. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. And ZERO effort to make it right! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! More
I just bought a new work truck from this dealer. I thought I had a good deal from the online site but they actually got me a better one with 0% interest once I got to the dealership. All the numbers I thought I had a good deal from the online site but they actually got me a better one with 0% interest once I got to the dealership. All the numbers added up, no pressure anywhere during the process and I was surprised that I actually enjoyed the experience. From Jacob the salesman to Shane the Finance guy the staff were very down to earth and helpful, taking time to answer any and all of my questions. At this point they have a customer for life. Good Job Reeder Chevrolet 👍🏻 More

I bought a truck from this dealership and it has been nothing but problems since it was bought, they said it passed inspection with flying colors but it clearly couldn’t have passed inspection, i’ve been nothing but problems since it was bought, they said it passed inspection with flying colors but it clearly couldn’t have passed inspection, i’ve been able to drive it for about an hour total for the last two months because of all the problems, do not buy from this dealership. This dealership has went down hill since the management over service changed. The guy in there “Michael” has hardly no clue how run the shop. Definitely not the way it was ran before. It was a very success over service changed. The guy in there “Michael” has hardly no clue how run the shop. Definitely not the way it was ran before. It was a very successful shop when Jerry was the service manager. And another thing to mention about the current warranty clerk, she makes INAPPROPRIATE comments to her MARRIED MALE coworkers. VERY unprofessional and immature. More
8am oil change tire rotation for a pre-paid package two year service plan was sold by John Scott. I showed up at 745 from s. knoxville and left the garage at 8:30 no service. I was scheduled to work at 10 year service plan was sold by John Scott. I showed up at 745 from s. knoxville and left the garage at 8:30 no service. I was scheduled to work at 10 am and couldn't be late as it was Obvious they were behind. The minute I pulled out of the garage I was sent an e-mail with an estimate of my labor on a pre paid service that was not performed. What a xxxx show! Service after the sale sucks. Kohn Scott does not remember my face or the fact I paid him CASH for my Colorado two years back. Happy cinco-de-mayo, May the 5th. Mr.Maynard More

A DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!- Disrespectful liars. I am going to invite you to strap your seatbelt over and buckle up for my review. As a female, I know many dealerships will target woman because generally they do not know much on cars, so I did a lot of studying before I went so I wouldn't be taken advantage of. I came in to look at a 2024 Kia Sportage SX Prestige that is black and red interior. I found a similar car, same make, model, trim, year, interior/ exterior color, BUT with 18k miles less and still in warranty, but was a bit further so I decided to take a look at the same car but closer to home. I went to the dealership and started to walk in. I got stopped by a salesman and he said he was finishing up with a customer, but he will introduce me to someone who he has worked with for 13 years named Buddy. He is an older man, I introduced myself and him to me. I test drove it and loved it. I didn't want to narrow in on that one car, so I asked if he had anything else within my price limit and expectations and I drove another car, which was a ford edge. As I drove I heard a loud noise the entire time driving and asked him if he did. He didn't until I put down the window. I asked if I should take it to the shop area, and he said no, which made me concerned about the state of their vehicles and what they try to sell them as. I decided that I liked the Kia and was curious about the numbers and it wouldn't hurt to see what they wanted for it. They showed me a number significantly higher, 4k higher out the door. I showed them the other vehicle and it being exactly the same, but the MSRP was listed 3k less (out the door price was 4k less). Buddy tried to get all defensive and said that they aren't the same and went to go get the carfax to show me the difference. There was a slight difference (350$ and it was listed on the car fax as such) but everything else was identical, yet less miles and still under warranty was a significantly better selling point. I pointed out the only difference, and the price and he got insulted, started stacking the papers and beginning to dismiss me. I asked him if I could keep the carfax and he snapped back NO. It wasn't just his words, it was his demeanor, his tone, and blatant disrespect just because I was challenging him. I responded, "excuse me?" and then he proceeded to tell me "You aren't going to take my papers out of this dealership". At that point I got up because I wasn't going to tolerate the way he was speaking to me. As I began to walk away he yelled over, "You aren't going to use my deal to get a better deal somewhere else" and at that point I felt anger arise and I responded "What deal?? you didn't give me a deal, trust me, I got a much better offer than you gave me." I was so angry from the disrespect, I had to go to the bathroom to calm down. When I walked back, I beelined it to where the sales manager was and who he was directly talking to. I asked the sales manager if there was a problem and why I was not able to keep a carfax for my documentation. I was going dealership to dealership doing my due diligence to make sure I get a good deal. Brian (the sales manager) said there was no problem for me to keep it, and handed it over to me. I then told him the Buddy told me I couldn't, and Buddy said he didn't and I stopped him yes sir you did. Brian then asked me what price could keep me. I said I did not want to give my business to them, especially with that sales man. He offered another salesman, and I said I am not wanting to give them my business, and I walked out. Again I was so angry I needed to sit in my car. Brian came out to my car and asked me again. I continued to say No. Then he kept persisting. I finally gave him a number and he said yes to it. I said I am still angry and he said take lunch and email him. It took me all day to calm down and realize at the end of the day I liked the vehicle and don't let the horrible More
