I like that they pretend to care publicly. I have spoken with 3 managers included the GM Josh who professionally hung up on me when I calmly explained the situation. That i complained the alignment was off during test drive where Daniel Carr told me the tire just needed air instead of checking it. The laziness of the inspection will now cost me $800! Reeder has told me now 3 times that they will not make it right so no, i wont be contacting them again. Ive files multiple complaints and will continue to complain so more people are not taken advantage of. First of all my tires should have been changed prior to the sale. Secondly, I believe with all my heart that they knew the alignment was off and it would force me into a coatly repair in house. Unfortunately for them I will not allow them to work on my vehicle ever again so their deviants behavior will not be rewarded. Furthermore I would like to speak with the owner directly and Josh would not allow that

I reached out to you not 1 time, not 2 but 3 times your management told me they would not be making this right. But I still left a message for Josh today per your request. Should you truly value my business you can look into my file under Brenda Vinokurov, you can call me with a fair solution. Im open to any fair solution. However its ugly that you keep publicly acting like you care and value my experience when 3 managers told me that they don’t. You knew my tires should have been changed before selling that car, i told you that the alignment was bad & you told me it was the air. You fully knew all this. You figured id just buy new tires at my 1st oil change with you making anouther $1200 off my instead of doing the right thing. The fact that Josh HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I WAS CALM IS DISGUSTING! A GM should be trained to professionally respond to any customer especially one that has been seriously wronged and still calm. Hes unprofessional and poorly trained. He doesn't care about the customer after the sales made especially if the client doesn't want to spend more .money upon being taken advantage of,. Im sick to my stomach over this. Yet you request a call because its important to you. You have my information, you could reach out to me, but you don't because you have no interest in making this right.
