I was surprised at how quickly they took my car in, and began evaluating the needed repairs. I was at the dealership less than an hour, and given a courtesy ride home. Within a couple of hours, an estima began evaluating the needed repairs. I was at the dealership less than an hour, and given a courtesy ride home. Within a couple of hours, an estimate of the cost of repair was emailed to me. The final cost was exactly what was agreed to, and I actually got my vehicle back a day earlier than originally expected. More
I never worry about what I will be told when I take my car to be fixed. My family has used Reeder for decades and I have never had a bad experience. I appreciate how they break down the critical needs a car to be fixed. My family has used Reeder for decades and I have never had a bad experience. I appreciate how they break down the critical needs and the things that can wait a bit. This helps to keep me and my family safe, while being able to plan/budget for the other needs. Their prices are fair and their staff is always thoughtful and competent. The showroom/waiting areas are always clean and pleasant. It is a great dealership. More
Dealership is absolutely garbage. Purchased by new owner and does not honor five free oil changes they used as selling tactic. I bought the car 2 days before dealership was sold. They Purchased by new owner and does not honor five free oil changes they used as selling tactic. I bought the car 2 days before dealership was sold. They also told me the car I purchased and had only driven 1500 since leaving the dealership needed new tires and an alignment. Will never use them again not recommended to anyone. Steer clear! More

He helped me get out of my 2019 Jeep Compass “Covid Car” that I had $10k-$11k of negative equity in. I never thought I would be driving off the lot in a New 2025 Chevy Traverse, but he made it happen! He didn’t rush me into a car, and listened to me about what I wanted price and feature wise. Thank you Michael and team! More
Dealership was sold to investment firms. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. They no longer honor oil change warranties. The bumper to bumper warranty does not cover taillight assemblies t DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER. They no longer honor oil change warranties. The bumper to bumper warranty does not cover taillight assemblies that let water in because obviously it's not in between the bumpers.... The rim warranty they sell you that "fixes anything wrong with the wheel" is done by a guy who only shows up at 9am on Mondays, and the dealer can't and/or refuses to give a phone number, buisness name, or anything to get ahold of him. I am just suppose to "show up and see if he's here". The body shop did one repair for me under insurance and took 2 weeks longer than expected and i had leftover bolts rolling around under my passenger seat and trunk. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!! More
In August of 2024 I bought a beautiful 2024 Silverado. In the first week I had an issue with the infotainment system that affected all audio output including all safety features. This has now happened In the first week I had an issue with the infotainment system that affected all audio output including all safety features. This has now happened 13 times in 4 months. The dealership doesn't know how to fix this. A part was ordered to "try" to fix it but there is no ETA on the parts arrival. A quick Google search shows that this has been an issue with Chevrolet since at least 2022. Neither the salesman nor the sales manager felt the need to tell me about this ongoing issue. This was also a demo truck with 3k miles on it so I am fairly certain that this had to be known about. I would not have bought this truck had I known. This was very deceptive and not a good business practice. I'm at the point now that I no longer want the truck, and further action needs to be taken. More
