I’ve worked with Aiza on multiple purchases and leases, and she has completely changed how I feel about buying a car. I’ve always loved cars, but the purchasing process was never something I particularly e and she has completely changed how I feel about buying a car. I’ve always loved cars, but the purchasing process was never something I particularly enjoyed—until I started working with her. Aiza is responsive, resourceful, and a pleasure to work with. She listens carefully to what I want and need, then works hard to find vehicles that fit. Having some knowledge of the industry, I appreciate how much effort goes on behind the scenes to find the right vehicle and bring a deal together. She makes the experience feel easy, even when the work involved is anything but. One detail that especially stands out is her personal touch. After every transaction, she has written me a personalized thank-you card in beautiful cursive. It’s a small gesture that takes real thought and care, and it has always made me feel valued. That kind of attention is becoming a lost art. Beyond her professionalism, Aiza is simply fun to work with. She makes the entire experience enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. More
