Being in the market for a plug-in hybrid Chevrolet Volt I visited my local dealer (Crossville TN) with disappointing results. That night (Saturday) I visited the Official Chevrolet website and found Reeder C visited my local dealer (Crossville TN) with disappointing results. That night (Saturday) I visited the Official Chevrolet website and found Reeder Chevrolet (Knoxville TN) had a Volt in stock, so as a curiosity I filled out the request for information. The next morning I received an e-mail from Chris Archer at Reeder who invited me to come in that Sunday afternoon and take the Volt for a test ride. When I arrived Chris had the car fully prepped and gave me a detailed tour of the features and capabilities. His knowledge and enthusiasm almost sold me before I even sat inside the car. It is a rare occurrence that a salesman knows more about the car than even the owner’s manual but that is the case with Chris. After our test ride and my decision to purchase, the entire process took less than an hour. Having a competent salesperson like Chris made this new car purchase the smoothest I have ever experienced. It has been a month since I purchased my Chevrolet Volt and the car has been impeccable. The attention to detail that Reeder Chevrolet and Chris gave to prepping the car and making sure I knew how to make the most of all the available features of the Volt has made this new car experience the best ever.
