First the salesman was very nice but the problem was he didn’t inform me until after I bought the car that it just be had one remote about $ 500 dollars to replace. Next when I washed ther 2025 equinox EV didn’t inform me until after I bought the car that it just be had one remote about $ 500 dollars to replace. Next when I washed ther 2025 equinox EV. Had less. That 8000 miles when bought I noticed it had been bumped on the front bumper and half repaired just enough to b cover the damage so it wasn’t obvious to be seen not much damage but will cost quite a bit a bit to fix back as it should be estimate around $2500 . Whe I informed them they said. It was on me to inspect the car . So all I can say is ask questions about everything as they don’t seem to care as long as as they get you out the door. Take nothing for granted thanking it’s a2025 . I was very disappointed with their response as I have bought many cars and never had a dealer have as little regard for customer service. More
I had a great experience buying my SUV at Reeder Chevrolet on Clinton Hwy. in Knoxville, TN. Mr. Ru Bin Tipton was excellent to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The whole p Chevrolet on Clinton Hwy. in Knoxville, TN. Mr. Ru Bin Tipton was excellent to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. The whole process was exciting and I felt very comfortable. Stress-free from start to finish. Great team effort added from Kevin and Julie as well, thank you both! I love my new SUV and I would absolutely recommend this dealership and RuBin to anyone looking for a new vehicle! JESSICA BAYLOCK (PAUL) FEB 19,2026 More
Reeder Chevrolet is the worst dealer ever. They knew my car had a bad alignment and didn't repair it. Now im hit with an $800 repair. They knew my car had a bad alignment and didn't repair it. Now im hit with an $800 repair. More
From the minute I messaged the dealership communication was great. Great service, the staff I got to work with was really helpful. I just wished the other sales staff would have supported my seller in preparing the vehicle, to get me out the door quicker, but they were j helpful. I purchased a brand new 2025 corvette from this dealer and before it got 300 miles on it the service transmission light came on. I brought it to a dealership and they found that it was 2 quarts low, so they filled it. Before the car got to 900 miles, the check engine light came on. I brought it back to a dealership and they ran the codes, finding 3 transmission error codes. Reeder Chevrolet came to pick up the car. I told them, I don't want that car due to all the problems with it being brand new. They told me to order a 2026 due to not many 2025 still around and there would be a $10,000 difference. When the new car came in I was given a choice of taking the old car with the problems repaired or the new one with just about the same extras. I did not want the old one back so I accepted the deal. It turned out to be about a $15,000 difference and I was told by the general manager the tire and wheel warranty that I purchased separately for the first car would transfer over to the new car. They cashed that warranty out and put it as a down payment for the new car before I even made a decision on what car I wanted and then I had to repurchase the warranty of nearly $2,000 again for the new car. They are going to respond to this complaint (so readers think they are going to help) saying give us a call and we will take care of this. I tried that on another complaint with this issue and their answer was, sorry there's nothing we can do about it, good by. I've tried calling and texting the general manager numerous times with no responce and the staff telling me he's on vacation for about 3 weeks so far. General Motors has done nothing but give me some reward points that I'm still waiting for. What a joke. More
