I do not write reviews often so I mean it when I say… the WORST. Especially Lynnette, the CSE manager for Jeep/ dodge. She ruins my review for everyone else there. And this is two years in a row that I have had the same experience with her. Should not have a job in customer service. Most recently found that my appointment was not scheduled, this being the THIRD TIME making it. I am only lucky that I decided to call and confirm after just talking to them. The best part is, this is TWO YEARS IN A ROW that this has happened. If that wasn’t bad enough, I spoke to Lynnette, who was the same woman who escalated my call last year. Boy does she think she is funny when she has her posse of call reps laughing in the background as she is degrading customers for no reason…. after they were the ones who made the mistakes. Who does that!? Well, jokes on you because no one in our family is going back to Reedman for service or our cars. I will never recommend them. Save your time, money… and sanity!! GO ELSEWHERE!! More
