I wish I would of read these reviews first....I hope you are I was turned off by the competitive salespeople when I purchased a new Ram 2500. I then went to David Dodge and bought it there. That paled in compari I was turned off by the competitive salespeople when I purchased a new Ram 2500. I then went to David Dodge and bought it there. That paled in comparison to Dodge service. We have a small service garage to service company vehicles. When our 2017 Ram Promaster lost BOTH headlights at the exact same time we changed both bulbs, and they did not work. A body control unit regulates the interior and exterior lights and it was still under warrantee. When we brought it to Reedman/toll it had 2 bulbs that were a day old. We were told the lights were probably bad but they had to change them at $180.00. I know the bulbs were new! My guess is they hit Chrysler up for the computer unit under warrantee, and then charged us for new bulbs which were never replaced. Having general knowledge of mechanical systems and doing service in house most times, made it quite obvious what happened. The bulbs were $8 each which makes it sickening anyway you consider. I would steer clear of this place at all cost, especially for Dodge service. The horrible reviews are not by accident I'm afraid. I hope you're reading this BEFORE you go. More
STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY! Please read my story. I recently bought a used Jeep from Reedman Toll. I left feeling very happy. But now it may be one of the worst decisions I've made in my entire life. I recently bought a used Jeep from Reedman Toll. I left feeling very happy. But now it may be one of the worst decisions I've made in my entire life. I won't take anything away from the car buying experience. It took forever but I really felt good leaving. But there were red flags. There is a scoreboard as soon as you walk in listing how many cars each salesman sold this month. You are a conquest, not a person making a huge life decision. I was also berated by the finance manager over not paying more for the extended warranty. I assumed both things were normal in the car buying business. Actually, it told a much clearer picture about this Evil Empire. In one month, I brought my Jeep back into Reedman twice for terrible leaks. TWICE IN THE FIRST MONTH. The mats still have a serious musty smell I can't get out. It took nearly one month to receive my pay off check for the remaining balance on my lease. Every time I called, I was told that it was "coming soon." In the meantime, I paid an extra month for my lease; 2 car payments that month instead of one. I also paid the added insurance because I had to drive my lease back to the original dealership. That cost me over $500 that was completely unexpected. When I finally received my check, it was for the wrong amount. So I spent another 2 trips waiting/talking to the manager to resolve the issue. Both times, he blamed the dealership that "gave" them that information. I spent two more weeks battling with people at Reedman. My payoff amount turned out to be $2,919. I received a check from Reedman for $2,300. While working the deal for my car, they GUARANTEED that that was my remaining balance. I explained prior that I don't know my total amount because I didn't come in expecting to buy a car. They took advantage of that. They told me that my signature on that page was simply a formality. WRONG. I called, and talked, and pleaded. In person and on the phone, I was blamed and told that I was responsible. They can't help me. So at this point, I'm out an additional $750-$1,000 one month after my deal. Fed up, I asked to talk to the general manager to plead my case. Five minutes later, I received a call from the overall manager of the used car lot making all kinds of accusations and blaming me for putting myself in this situation. He yelled at me. He cursed at me. And at one point, he screamed repeatedly when I said I was going to inform friends of my experience "ARE YOU THREATENING ME! ARE YOU xxxxx THREATENING ME!" Eventually, he offered me $150, the amount I paid extra to have my car insured. I accepted. After this amount of time, I was tired and fed up. It was a gesture. I never once received one sorry for the behavior I experienced nor the mixup with the the payoff amount. That money may mean nothing to them but it's a xxxx of a lot to a newly wed couple just starting out and trying to build a life together. I still asked repeatedly to speak with the general manager and in so many words, was told that I could only reach him through email. I still haven't received the $150. When I called today, there was another error and no one ever processed the check. I may get it in a week. This is the type of customer service and business I experienced. This is it. Major losses, constant stress, and not much humanity. John was a good salesman and person, but the people above him... wow. After getting screamed at by the manager, I was nervous to walk in and pick up my car the next day after being in the shop again. Oh, by the way, the finance company they set me up with has an impossible to reach customer service center and has been down for over a week. I can't pay for my car. Please, Consider accountability and humanity when choosing businesses. I will never make this mistake again. By the way, I may not have gotten apologies for the loss of money, but I was told many times how helpful they've been to me and how much I should appreciate their hard work. More

He gave us plenty of time by ourselves to talk about different items and we drive the vehicle on the test track that they have, which was nice because we saw how the vehicle handled in rain as it was raining that day. After we left the dealership I said to my wife, I want to get a new vehicle also. The next day I came back and purchased one for myself. I would go there again, no questions asked. Little did I know that going back three years later they were rude and dealing with the same people they had amnesia and couldn’t care less about my business. More

The sales department was terrific but then again I guess they have to be. Dodge service is the absolute worst service that you will ever experience. The woman in charge of the service department verbally attacked us cursing and grabbing me when I complained about my truck still there five hours past an appointment time. The transmission has obvious issues. They said it was fine. The tail light that was supposed to be fixed at this appointment which takes no longer than 20 minutes to exchange still wasn’t done when I left. I will never ever purchased another vehicle from this dealership and now have to figure out what I’m supposed to do with the car that they’re never going to service. Take this morning and don’t spend one dollar at this dealership. More

I went in to tell the guy at the counter and he just did not want to hear it told me to come in tomorrow to talk to the people who are in early in the day so I left after being treated like garbage by him and he told me he didn't even want to hear it.The next day I spoke to the service manager a guy named Jarett who told me that's a check engine light was on when I brought it to them which it definitely wasn't I have proof and told me there's nothing he can do about it unless I want to spend more money to diagnose that problem so I asked him about the car starting up and shutting off he said don't know would have to look at that too and charge you, so I was like I'll wait I'll just pick the car up, I came to pick my car up and there is grease all over my passenger seat from whoever sat there had grease all over them. A horrible experience they got me so mad that I actually want to start a class-action lawsuit against them. More

They had my car for almost 3 weeks, I kept calling to try and fiqure out what was going on and they kept saying my service advisor wasn’t in so finally I went up there and my service advisor was just sitting there doing nothing. My car ended up being done but they seemed to have no clue at first and my transmission actually shifts harder than before. After I left later that night I noticed my gas cap light was on so I checked and it was missing the gas cap, so I had to go back the next day and get a new one. The guy even said that’s a common problem they have lol. They forgot to put back on all my tire pressure caps as well. Definitely going to Find a better Chrysler dealership to take my car from now on. Do not go here unless you plan on waiting 2 weeks to make and appointment and then another month to get it back. Even for something small like inspection do not take it they suck. More

Immediately greeted by Karl Schilling and he made me feel comfortable he flat out acknowledged how stressful car buying is and told me he'd help me. John Saad , manager, also did alot in helping me trade my vehicle in and purchase a QUALITY pre owned vehicle. I recommend seeing Karl for a vehicle. More

First, i took my car for an 800 appt on Monday and left my keys in the drop box as they were not open upon my arrival. i called at 130 to see when my vehicoe would be done and oh we dont have your vehicle.....then oh we never checked the drop box. i ask for a manager to call me by 200 to tell me when vehicle would be done and NOT ONE call. i then call back at 215. They are just taking it back and waiting for someone to read the check engine light. Only 3 people in the place that can do it apparently. Amazing we just landed a drone on Mars but ya cant find anyone to diagnose a check engine light? Ok, fine i need someone to tell me when this will be done. NOT ONE call back. i then show up at 430 after work and am told they are now waiting on the part and thatll itll be overnight. im now getting a cheap xxx rental. awesome. Manager not apologetic in any way. You can say " sorry" but there was zero sincerity. he tells tells me to wait outside for them to pick me up to take me for the rental. we wait. we wait 30 minutes we finally go in and tell him we will drive ourselves. the rental person told us they were trying to call the service center to tell them they only had small rentals left but noone would answer so thats why we were left there. total mess. so next day comes at 221 i call for a status and im told a manager will call me back. NO ONE calls. i waited and i waited and i thought im not calling you again. i get home from work by 5 i got stuff to do im checking my phone. no call, no missed voicemails. at 753 after i get my kid to bed i call and after a hold i hear "your cars done and ready for pickup". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I ask for a manager who unfortunatatly for both of us was the same non caring man from the day before who still gives no xxxxs and lies to me to say they called the number on the drop off envelope but it was different so it must have been a wrong number. no it wasnt sir i called at 2 and confirmed that was the right number and removed any other numbers. he then says oh we called at 5 and left a voicemail gets loud with me because i know hes lieing they havent returned my call in days! i ask him when ill be getting my survey. (trust me all ones all the way.) he gets loud and says it'll be in the mail. i advise him i will not be able to pick up the vehicle until the next day hes all loud again tells the hours and hangs up on me. Reedman your service managers need some training. if one person had expressed any sort of "xxxx we messed up let us help you" it would not have escalated but instead you dont care. You're the only Chrysler dealership in our area and i will not be back. More
#BEWARE I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repair. 14 weeks and $2750.00 later the vehicle is not repaired. I have the same issue. I did'nt get 2 miles down the road and the same issue happened. This service dept. is disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and verbally abusive when hiding behind a phone. I have had (FCA) FIAT CHRYSLER involved since week 4 of my service trauma at Reedman. FCA is useless. They have no influance on the dealerships. Incompetant and dysfunctional best describe Reeman toll auto world service dept. More
$700 later still not fixed I had a leak in my coolant system in my 2014 Chevy Cruze that I bought from Reedman Toll. I took it to their service department and they told me it wo I had a leak in my coolant system in my 2014 Chevy Cruze that I bought from Reedman Toll. I took it to their service department and they told me it would be covered under my warranty But I would just have to wait for the diagnosis before getting a rental and going home. 2 hours later they say it’s not covered and it’s going to be $500. I told them to go for it because I needed my car working. They said it would be good to go by noon the next day. The next day rolls around and they call to tell me that there are two other leaks in the system that need to be repaired so it would be another $200 and another day. I’m annoyed but I trust them so I tell them to do it. I pick the car up the next day and pay $700 for everything. A week later my engine overheats again. THAT is the level of service you get. You can tell they are out to sell cars by racking up bills and problems on out-of-warranty cars so you just trade in the car and buy a new one instead of getting it fixed. Edit: The issue was the water pump, which they told me they would check. They also said that if the water pump was the issue, it would have been covered under the warranty. When I called and asked they basically told me they would have the replace everything else in the coolant system OUT OF POCKET before they could replace the water pump. EVEN THOUGH I KNEW THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. This dealership works for the benefit of Chevrolet and their own wallets, NOT their customers. More
