Talk to you like you should understand everything about cars. They made me feel like I was being ripped off. (My car is only 4 months old, it was brand new.) the lady behind the desk was so rude. They probably do this unpupose so that people who have paid for a warranty or have a warranty included don’t come back. Unbelievable, and worst auto experience I’ve ever had. it’s like once you bought the car they could care less about if your happy with it or not.! I don’t know the employees names that I felt with but I couldn’t leave this review without selecting 10 names. More

At the time of the purchase the van had approximately 17,500 miles on it. As I was meeting with the finance department to finalize the deal, I was offered an extended warranty on the vehicle. It was a 5 year, 70,000 mile warranty on the vehicle. However, the way the warranty was explained to me was just that it was good for 5 years with no mileage limit. So I purchased the warranty and had it added into my monthly car payment. Now in September of 2018 – I had to bring my van into your service department because the battery light came on in my van. After having a service technician look over the vehicle – first it was determined that the battery needed to be replaced – which Reedman Toll had replaced over 1.5 years ago because I have having an issue with the vehicle and it starting. The battery was covered under Mopar warranty. I was then told that my vehicle needed to have the alternator replaced – which was to be covered under my extended warranty. I then later found out that the extended warranty was no longer valid because of the mileage on my vehicle. The vehicle had an original 3 year 36000 mile warranty – so when I inquired about the extended warranty and why the warranty was no longer valid – I was told that it was a 5 year 70,000 mile warranty – so that when my vehicle reached 70,000 miles that is when the extended warranty expired. I went into an explanation with the service manager that I was not told of a 70,000 mile limit when I purchased the warranty and also if my math is correct – 36,000 miles plus an extended 70,000 miles would make my warranty good for 106,000 miles. I was told that this is incorrect and that the extended warranty was only good for up to 70,000 miles. So that means that your company got me to purchase a warranty that would only extend for 34,000 miles – talk about a HUGE rip off. Also, I was then told that to replace the alternator in my vehicle – Reedman-Toll would charge me $800-900 to complete the job. I contacted a local service garage by me and they could replace the alternator in my vehicle for half the price – brand new with a warranty on the alternator and the work. So I picked up my vehicle from Reedman-Toll and dropped it off at my local garage. A few hours later, the owner of the garage contacted me and asked me why was he replacing the alternator? I explained to him that your service department said that the alternator needed to be replaced. The owner of the garage said that there was nothing wrong with my alternator and that it did not need to be replaced. Even in his words – he said that someone was trying to rip me off. I was charged $31.65 for the local garage to tell me there is nothing wrong with my alternator. More
Dishonest, condescending, lack of product knowledge Went to this dealership to lease a Jeep based on their advertised incentive pricing, knowing the number may vary slightly from the one advertised. Whe Went to this dealership to lease a Jeep based on their advertised incentive pricing, knowing the number may vary slightly from the one advertised. When I arrived I was ASSURED that they have the greatest stock at the greatest prices, and was told they have a number of vehicles qualifying for their current incentive. I picked out a vehicle and was given a price $120/month higher. Our salesperson and the finance manager spent 2 hours trying to convince us we didn’t know how to properly calculate their taxes, and repeatedly refused to provide an itemized breakdown to explain costs. After realizing they weren’t going to be able to make the sale at the price they wanted, they told us the car we came to see was never actually in stock and the one we chose (and were told applied to the incentive) would be at least $100 more a month than quotes (that’s over $220 above incentive price). Received a half hearted apology. More

I had brought it in on Monday July 16th because on Saturday I went to move the car and it wouldn’t shift out of park. When I inspected the problem I noticed that the cable shifter had popped off. I put it back on so I would be able to drop the car off on that Monday. I was rudely told by the service associate that they weren’t going to look at it until Thursday being I didn’t have an appointment which I was fine with since the problem happened late Saturday night and wasn’t able to make one. On Thursday I was told that the car was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. I had to tell three separate people what was wrong with car on 3 separate phone calls. Which in my opinion is ridiculous being that they’re supposed to be the ones who diagnose the issue not the customer. I had to walk the caller through the problem for each phone call before they finally figured out the issue. I was told I needed a new shifter cable which isn’t covered under warranty. The part had to be ordered being they don’t have it in stock. I was assured the part would arrive and the car would be worked on by Tuesday or Wednesday the latest. It is now Thursday and the part hasn’t arrived yet and am told that it missed the truck. How is it my problem? I was told Wednesday the latest my car would be ready. I haven’t been offered anyway for me to get to work so I’ve had to rely on other people and miss shifts which is costing me money. Do they care? No not at all. I would never recommend this place for anything to anyone. Like I said the only reason why I went here is because I thought that a transmission issue would be covered under the power train warranty. Never again Reedman Toll. More
Basic vs Best Service Reedman Toll Chrysler provided me with an appointment today July 16, 2018 because their Jenkintown store was unable to correct my issues with this bra Reedman Toll Chrysler provided me with an appointment today July 16, 2018 because their Jenkintown store was unable to correct my issues with this brand new Pacifica PHEV I bought at Jenkintown around the corner from my house. Since, I had issues with their Jenkintown store's service department and provided a review based on my experience. The Person who handles and is charge of the service departments (I believe his name is Mark) asked me to bring my vehicle to Langhorne for his top notch mechanic to try and resolve my issues with this brand new car! I was told to ask for Jill/Mark when I arrived! After being greeted I told the receptionist that I was here to see Jill/Mark. I was then asked to wait for a service writer who would record my issues in their system! After speaking withJarrett the service manager, I was asked to follow him and Jill into Marks office. In Marks office was the mechanic who was going to work on my car along with Mark, Jill, and Jarrett. I explained to all in the room especially the mechanic what issues I had. Mark then stated to me, will you remove the negative review you posted on facebook about our Jenkintown store as it reflects badly on me and my organization? I stated that after they look at my car and I am done with the experience at this dealership I would report/make my review based on my experience of my issues being resolved at this location and remove the review as it could have been just a misunderstanding between me and their Service manager Kyle in Jenkintown! Mark then decides to tell me, We would like to give you the highest and best service possible, but it is a bit hard for me to do that while I have a bad review hanging around! I then said, so I won't get the best service unless I remove the review? He then responded no we will give you the basic service! I then said OK. Will you still provide a car for me while my car is in for service that FCA (Fiat Chrysler of America) promised they would pay for? His response we can give you a shuttle ride to where you need to go! I then said, you mean if I don't change my review you won't give me a car as promised. He stared at me and said "You really expect me to go above and beyond to help you with your car after you just trashed my Jenkintown Store? I replied what was in my review that was untrue? For a moment I only heard crickets! I then proceeded to walk out, then under his breath , Mark says give him a car. At this point Mark had lost my confidence and I felt I was being blackmailed my him, so I signed the work order and decided to call FCA. In the meantime Jill came out to the lot and asked if I would come back and take a car. After finishing my call with FCA I took my Level 2 case managers advise and had ReedmanToll provide me with a car. The car is now at their service department and I will keep this page updated as to my experience with the Reedman Toll Organization! More
Misrepresentations of Fact and Law DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this Dealer. They use pressure tactics and make promises to induce you to buy and then deny ever having made the promises. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this Dealer. They use pressure tactics and make promises to induce you to buy and then deny ever having made the promises. I tried to get some items put in writing at time of sale related to their promise to paint/fix the many scratches, bubbled paint and dents in the car. They refused and were only willing to write "look at scratches and check scratches on driver side mirror", all the while swearing up and down that they would "take care" of the many items as I walked around the car pointing out the many blemishes. I asked them several time to put in writing and they told me they had to have the body shop look at it BEFORE they could write up a detailed "we owe" order. Of course, when the body shop called the sales desk to confirm the we owe order, they denied having ever seen the scratches other than those on the driver side mirror. The body shop was very helpful and did do touch up work on some of the car, but the sales group would not approve any full repair other than the driver side mirror. The sales group promised they would fix the paint to induce me to buy the car, I clearly conditioned my purchase of the car on that promise since the car was overpriced (it had 30,000 miles on it and was less than a year old) and they refused to honor their promise. The sales individual I worked with also made some misrepresentations of fact and law related to the application for credit. The car wasn't cleaned before they gave it to me and they held me at the dealership for an entire day. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this dealership- they are still using the old switch and bait tactics of used car salesman past. Buyer Beware and spread the word! More

I mentioned to the rep at I just left reedman toll after being there since 7:45 in the morning. I went in for a simple oil change and a tire rotation. I mentioned to the rep at the desk when I dropped the vehicle off that my radio was cutting in and out. Same situation I reported to reedman almost two years ago when I bought the vehicle. They took the vehicle and came back with an estimate of almost $800 stating it would not be covered under my warranty. I gathered the information for my extended warranty, and brought it to the same rep I dropped the key off with. This rep gave push back, and told me it was not going to be covered in a very argumentative way. After I reluctantly paid the bill, I got in my car for the same issue to occur again with the radio shutting off. I went back in and told them what happened, and it seemed like none of the reps really cared. I asked to speak with the manager, he came out and told the rep I spoke with in the beginning to call the extended warranty company and see if it would be covered. The point was: why didn’t they just fix the issue when I first brought it to their attention? More
