After taking my car back, the RO-Repair order stated " no DTC or Star cases related. on my complaint of poor gas miliage, RO states " As per display, vehicle is operating mostly in EV (Electric) mode and operating overall" In this case they did not understand my concern about poor gas mileage, instead of driving vehicle they just assumed the screen was correct when the whole system is intertwined. Lets say, for arguments sake it is mostly using electric at 51% electric and 49% Hybrid. In Electric it should get well over 100MPG as no gas is being used! In Hybrid mode it should get according to sticker about 34mpg - so lets do the math 100 for electric, 34 for hybrid add the two and divide in half will give you MPG so, 134 divided by 2 is 67 which is what I would be getting by the numbers. I am only getting about 38MPG - When I was given a regular Pacifica gas version I managed about 28mpg - anyone see the problem?
