This dealership has cheated me out of over $3,500. They are crooked and CANNOT be trusted. My 2001 Honda was in great shape and had 140K miles when it started acting funny. I took it to the dealership and they charged me $700 to fix it. Two days later the check engine light came on and the car was still acting funny. Each time I took it to this dealership, they told me a different problem (even though it was always the same original issue.) I would pay $700- $1000 every time and the car would never drive properly. Each time, my husband spoke to the mechanic and asked him to check the transmission because it felt like a typical transmission issue. FINALLY, after a year and a half of taking it there they checked the transmission. Guess what? The transmission was shot. Of course they could do nothing for me, nor re-imburse my money that they wasted. The topper is that they said they would generously give me $100 for a trade in! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!! More

Excellent dealer very low pressure ... They will not overcharge you and spell everything out. I do not have time to shop till i drop ... they gave me a set number above invoice and pulled no punches. While i am sure i could have gotten the price a few hundred dollars better It was worth paying the extra to not have any aggravation or games. Service has been stellar and are priced way less expensive than Scott Honda. I will tell everyone to go there. More

Roberts does not stand behind it's vehicles. I bought a 1996 subaru, priced at $6,500, with 89,000 miles. This car was represented to me as "reliable", and if I bought it without being "prettied up" they l 1996 subaru, priced at $6,500, with 89,000 miles. This car was represented to me as "reliable", and if I bought it without being "prettied up" they let me have it for $3,500. That is all well and good, however the car has required over $3,00 in repairs within a year. I filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency. Roberts informed them that the issue had been resolved, since they had given me a "good faith" discount on the labor gor one of the repairs. The repair was still almost $600 @ $50 an hour for labor instead of $78 an hour. Every time I went in they would say that the person I needed to yalk to wasn't in, when I came back to talk to them, I was told that they don't have a "crystal ball". I told them mine was only made of black plastic, and it kept telling me to "try again later". They didn't laugh. I tried to be good about all this, but I will never raccomend this deaker to anyone.
