Stay Away! Either a scam or gross incompetence STAY AWAY! This place is a scam. They advertised a pathfinder online that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. I reached out via the 't STAY AWAY! This place is a scam. They advertised a pathfinder online that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. I reached out via the 'text a sales person' button on the website to confirm availability. 2 hours later and no answer, so I called and spoke to someone named Jennifer. I asked about the vehicles availability, even giving her the the dealer stock #. She told me it was there and that I should set an appt to come in for a test drive so they can have it pulled up and ready for us. I told her I would check with my wife. Called her back later that day when I knew what time my wife would be available, and set the appointment to see the vehicle later that same day, and confirmed with her that the vehicle was available. We drive the 45-50 minutes to Drexel Hill for our appointment. The sales person sat us down for our appointment, and asked what we were there to see. We told him, and he went to go get the key. 5 minutes later, he comes back to the desk and tells us that the vehicle we had an appointment to see was sent to auction YESTERDAY. The day before we called TWICE to confirm the vehicles availability and set an appointment to test drive it. Their answer was that they have no idea where their cars are, they could be at any of several lots or, apparently, sent to auction or sold. What kind of business is this?? "We've got other vehicles I can show you" they said... No thanks. They put nice vehicles on their website for a good price, and tell you that it is available to get you in the door, then make up some story about why the vehicle isn't available and try to sell you something else instead. Classic bait and switch. As I type this, 6 hours after this incident, the vehicle still shows as for sale on their website, and I suspect that won't change any time soon. Dishonest, rude, and a huge waist of our time. There are many other options out there to give your hard earned money to, don't give a dime to these crooks. More
