I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DEALERSHIP. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A RECALL ON MY CAR AND WHEN I DID I SPECIFICLY ASKED IF THEY HAD THE PARTS IN STOCK FOR THE REPAIR. I WAS TOLD YES. AFTER WAITING IN APPOINTMENT FOR A RECALL ON MY CAR AND WHEN I DID I SPECIFICLY ASKED IF THEY HAD THE PARTS IN STOCK FOR THE REPAIR. I WAS TOLD YES. AFTER WAITING IN A PACKED WAITING AREA DURING A COVID PANDEMIC FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES THE SERVICE REP CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK. WHY WAS THIS NOT CHECKED PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT AND CONVEYED TO ME THE DAY PRIOR TO PREVENT A WAIT AND LONG DRIVE TO YOUR DEALERSHIP? More

My main problem was resolved but not fully explained agent was not knowledgeable on his customer service. I had to question him on the information and work done on my vehicle.
