I am 22 years old and got treated like a child Pete which I think is the sales manager at the time just pushed me away with a very rude attitude. I walked in asking about a Silverado 1500 but not totally sure on a package I wanted nor a price range he keep asking what is your budget what money you got over and over like I’m a small child. Hun and the two other employees didn’t seem to friendly. I asked overall price and asked him to run numbers but all he would say is roughly 38k I asked to see the paper work and what my payments would be and he said when your dad gets here we can do that. The way he seemed to belittle me was uncalled for as to treating me like a child and I had no intentions of buying a vehicle never again will I shop here ans I suggest every one avoid Pete at all cost. Jarrett Schrom service was excellent, he called and walked me through everything that I schedule for my appointment to make sure everything that he had was correct. When the service was done he called again and went over everything they did to the T. I have nothing but great service from Jarrett every time I deal with him. Chris Laehley, this last visits makes the second time I have talked with him about my truck and each time has been the worst. First one I was dropping off my truck and waited 20 minutes before he checked me in. The pass appointment I had, I dropped off the truck at 115 and he asked if he could help. Yes dropping my truck of for the following, radio , transmission, oil change and tire rotation. He wrote that down along with my info and number , I told him I was dropping it off and I had a ready. All was good when I left at 130pm, wife picks me up and we head to Tampa. Around 3pm or so I get a call from Jarrett asking if I dropped off my truck , yes sir I told Chris wrote all my info down and they had it taken care of. Jarrett said no one told him that it was dropped off until someone said something about my truck sitting out front. Jarrett was super busy when I first showed up so I knew had stuff going on but I don’t understand why no one said or told him about my truck until hours later. The only person I will be dealing with anymore is Jarrett here on out. More

This Dealership is good about trying to get your vehicle in the shop if there's a problem. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were was greater like we were great friends. Peter witcher, was kind, friendly, and very helpful and patient with us.
