Went for a warrenty repair. Was told I needed additional work that would cost $400. Said okay. They had to order parts. I came back and they said the additional work order was wrong and it would cost close work that would cost $400. Said okay. They had to order parts. I came back and they said the additional work order was wrong and it would cost closer to $900. I requested a refund for the payment on the parts. It took 6 weeks to get the refund. I went to Chevy Service Center in winter Haven. Got the repair done there for $270. More

We first went to look for the suburban we wanted in February. Everyone was pleasant, Courteous and helpful. What we liked best was that we weren't hounded to buy. Because we knew what we wanted. Tuneup Service Angelo Mendez greeted me for what I thought was a problem with cruise control not working. He took me for a test drive and explained that it was most Angelo Mendez greeted me for what I thought was a problem with cruise control not working. He took me for a test drive and explained that it was most likely working properly and demonstrated that it was working properly! I was embarrassed but he was supportive and helpful in all ways. I got a general engine tuneup that was helpful for a car with 30,000 miles. I bought the car at Regal and it is an awesome dealership, and I plan to repeat when I need another vehicle. More
