Sameerah, we would be happy to reclean the car for you! As Jarrett told you previously, we were unable to rotate your tires because of the swollen lug nuts that you were aware of. Our offer still stands, if you bring your lug nuts we will replace them for you free of charge. It won't take hardly any time at all!

Then maybe notify the gentleman that greets you when you arrive outside that you do. I spent $600.00 and when I got in my car to leave I asked him "They don't do the vacuum and carwash anymore?" His reply was "I don't know anything about that, you will have to go inside and ask them". Was not getting back out of my car to do that, since it wasn't that important, but was disappointed because it's always been a treat for me and appreciated. Absolutely no effort on his part especially since he wasn't doing anything to maybe say " I don't know, but let me check real quick" Maybe have a word with the person who released my car to come back out front. Now hoping all was done to my car for it's 60,000 service that was suppose to be done if that final step was skipped.
