It was a pleasure working with Steven in service. He was very nice and kept me informed without me having to call to find anything out. The work was done in a quick amount of time and I had my vehicle back very nice and kept me informed without me having to call to find anything out. I gave 3 stars because Chris in service was good but VERY disappointed in the courtesy shuttle. Had to wait 45 minutes because shuttle went 20 miles away. I was late to where I was going and had to get an Uber. No communication with the driver with an ETA when I needed to be picked up. Waited almost an hour. This was my first time at the dealer. The service department didn't do anything to try to make me happy. Nothing. Just "I'm sorry." Could have given me a car wash.....something. nope. Nothing. I even told them I forgot my coupon at home. They could have honored it anyway. Nope..... More
