Although the scheduled appointment took longer than expected, the staff were very professional and courteous. I was a little disappointed that an oil change does not include a vacuum like they used to expected, the staff were very professional and courteous. I came in without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning. I was driving on Hwy 98 and my tire started losing air quickly. Excellent Service Experience I recently had service at Regal Chevrolet. My service advisor, Brian Fisher, treated me with respect and was very pleasant to deal with. He listened I recently had service at Regal Chevrolet. My service advisor, Brian Fisher, treated me with respect and was very pleasant to deal with. He listened to my concerns, had a mechanic check it out, and advised me on a course of action. Then he had me driven home and returned to the dealership when the work was completed.
