Jarred in Chevy service is just simply the best!! you all need to promote him to manager tomorrow before you lose him!! Recently, I had a severe and unusual breakdown with my Volt. Another dealer would never respond to the several calls I made for help. When I called the service center at Regal, Lisa responded immediately with outstanding empathy and overwhelming positiveness! Though the solution proved to require a few months to resolve, the crew in the service center were constantly positive and reassuring. My latest visit was for routine maintenance. The support, positive friendliness, and help was still top notch! More
