The reason for the 3 star review is because I had to get my auto insurance adjuster involved to assess the wire damage to the rear view camera. Service advisers are supposed to advise customers. They know car repairs more than customers. When customer comes to door with a check engine light on, the first response should be to find out about cause know car repairs more than customers. Lt wasn’t a good experience. I requested check engine light with coupon and if needed reprogram computer. They went backwards. Reprogrammed computer, blame next day on after market part and car is same with check engine light. Same code from day one. I have a scanner and I see it from day one. More
