Everyone was great except the other sales manager that day. Ryan was great. Our salesperson Steven was excellent. The other sales manager though was argumentative with me. Brought the car in for a warranty check I recv'd a week ago in an Email. Arrived at the dealership at 7:50 AM and waited about 10 minutes for the service rep. When he got to the car and did his photos, ago in an Email. Arrived at the dealership at 7:50 AM and waited about 10 minutes for the service rep. When he got to the car and did his photos, mileage check, etc. and then he said that my vehicle didn't need any service after checking the VIN #. I was up early to avoid traffic congestion, and then told in five minutes that I didn't need the service. Gas isn't cheap and this is the first time in 10 yrs. that I was called in unnecessarily. Other than that, I am still relying on your dealership for all my needs. More
