Quick easy and fair negotiation with Mark Davis! I had already been to two other Honda dealerships within Florida . I was looking at trade values for my vehicle and Regal reached out to me. I was t I had already been to two other Honda dealerships within Florida . I was looking at trade values for my vehicle and Regal reached out to me. I was told to see Mark Davis when I got there after work at approximately 7 pm. He was extremely courteous and helped me get a quick quote on my vehicle. Because I had already done my research I knew a vehicle I wanted. However it was a little difficult to get it in my price range but Mark Davis managed to get me there. Because Mark was so nice and genuine I decided to close the deal with Regal Honda although I had already been to other dealerships and was considering closing with them. Unfortunately with Brandon Honda one of the representatives lied to me two times and because he told me a sad story about his family I wanted to give him business but ultimately because he lied to me I ended up not closing the deal with Brandon Honda. Had a completely different experience at Regal. Mark is top-notch! I was a little taken back once Mark was done with me I had to go see another gentleman to sign paperwork who was a little pushy for me to get an extended warranty. I understand sales have to be made. But I was already committed with my pre-approved draft from the credit union and was very comfortable with the extended warranty. Other than that Mark came back and help me move all my stuff to my new car and sat with me after hours do show me all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. I hope you got good commission from the sale. Although I feel like I got a good deal walking out of there as well. More
