Since we are trusting people, we believed he gave us the deal of 60 months/$340 per month that was verbally agreed to with the salesman. After all signatures were complete, he said he couldn't give us copies until the next night when we picked up the car. Ok, we are again trusting his word. Next night, he comes out of his office and says he doesn't have time but that he will mail them to us right away. 7 days later, we still don't have paperwork so we contact him and he again said he will mail. 10 days later we finally find out that he didn't mail anything but we could pick them up. Upon review, the deal wasn't even close to the verbal deal and much higher on both months and $$$. He lied again, saying he couldn't do anything until accounting was in the office weekdays. 1 weekday later and still no answer so we call to return the vehicle since we are VERY unhappy with the business dealings. Now we are told we can't return it but they can give us a refund on some of the extra items he tacked on. So, if you are contemplating anything with the finance department, watch yourself and everything they tell you. BEWARE! Don't trust them with their word. Their words are not worth ANYTHING! More

He did not listen to my requests and statements about the desired monthly payment, yet made me think he was doing what I was asking for. He imposed an unnecessary warranty and convinced me to put down an extra $2,000 on a credit card--then folded things into the loan that I wanted treated as a separate sale to keep the loan amount lower. He was new and awful with the computer--it was a nightmare. The accessories salesperson was TERRIBLE--no pictures or demos--just a printed list--and my requests were noted incorrectly. The dealership made the accessories right in the end, but the deal isn't what I expected. KNOW THIS: In Florida there is no right to rescind a contract--no grace period. If I were doing it over, I'd take the unsigned papers home to review and tell them I'll be back the next day. Now I'm stuck with a contract that morphed in favor of the finance guy's whims. Fortunately I love the vehicle, but don't make the mistake I did. TAKE YOUR TIME AND REVIEW EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN. More
