Not nearly as aweful as the usual car dealership experience I have the usual complaints:was there for hours, started with the whole the salesman going back and forth from the manager's office to me in order to I have the usual complaints:was there for hours, started with the whole the salesman going back and forth from the manager's office to me in order to strike a deal, and having to wade through all the warranty/gap insurance decisions. HOWEVER, Carl made it a very different experience. I called in advance more than once to weed out some of the stuff that would have made the wait much longer. He was very up front with me. I am not sure why but I have been to a few other dealers and the vehicles I test drove were filthy and one had an change oil light on. All of the cars on the lot were well taken care of and very clean. I was able to obtain a little history on my vehicle and even while the stupid haggling was in progress the desk manager John R was very professional and non pushy and smiled! While we waited for my husband to sign paperwork Carl was very pleasant and conversational and kept my children and me as comfortable as can be. I have been researching prices and quality with in a 200 mile radius and this dealership offers good deals on used cars. I drove well over an hour to get there. I am a happy camper with my choice. Carl was outstanding and I plan to tell others! More
.This dealer is a fraud This dealer is a fraud they put a price up on the internet on their website, Auto trader, and Cars.com for an 2015 Acura ILX $16091, when we got there This dealer is a fraud they put a price up on the internet on their website, Auto trader, and Cars.com for an 2015 Acura ILX $16091, when we got there they said it was the wrong price . So they said it was suppose to go for 23,000, lol reduced to 20,000. They said they would reduce it for us to 19000 , or 20,000 certified, then they dropped it to 18,500. All I asked for 18,000 certified and we would buy it right there even though we drove an hour out of our way to get there and the three hours we spent of our time , their GM Curtis said no. Really 500.00 dollars. Thanks a lot Regal Acura ill be sure to tell all my friends. The salesman Troy Carter was a nice gentleman , this was all GM Curtis. More
"Best car buying experience ever, PERIOD" I've been a proud customer of the Regal family of dealerships for the better part of 6 years now. My wife and I purchased a Kia Optima back in 2011 a I've been a proud customer of the Regal family of dealerships for the better part of 6 years now. My wife and I purchased a Kia Optima back in 2011 and it too was an exemplary experience. My daughter recently was in the market for a new Honda Civic so knowing that Regal also owned a Honda dealership I wanted her to go nowhere else. I called Regal Kia and asked one of the service managers (Glenn Russen) whom I’ve dealt with over the years if he had a name of someone at Regal Honda we could get to help us. He said the go to man at Honda was definitely Cody Hicks and that he would go ahead and give him my contact information. Within 20 minutes of that conversation, Cody calls me and I told him exactly what we were looking for. He was extremely professional and stated that he would get to work right away for me. Shortly after that he calls me to say the vehicle my daughter was looking for was available. We were able to do 90% of the transaction right over the phone which saved so much time. By the time I got to the dealership with my daughter the car was filled with gas, detailed, and ready to go. Cody immediately brought my daughter out to the car to make sure she was happy with everything then we went back inside to finish signing the remaining paperwork. Cody then brought us to meet with the business manager JaMichael Thomas. Knowing that this was my daughter’s first car buying experience on her own, they made sure to explain everything to her and more importantly make her feel at ease. No hard sell, no aggressive sales pitch as some dealers try to do. What I thought was great about both of these guys was they were so down to earth, friendly, yet professional. This is the way a car buying experience should be and other dealerships should take notice of the way this organization treats its customers. I have dealerships so much closer to my home yet I drive almost an hour from my home one way to this family of dealerships for all my service, repairs, you name it. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for and this place is well worth the drive and investment. I think my daughter will agree that we are definitely a future “Regal” return customer. If you’re reading this know that coming here will be the best car buying experience you will ever have and trust me when I tell you I’m extremely picky about service. Bottom line is this place rocks as does Cody and JaMichael. Don’t take my word for it, see for yourself… More

I bought one for me and leased one for my daughter. The staff was accomadating and not pushy at all! That was very important to me. I love the my new hr-v, the warranty I got with it, and the way I was treated. Andre was a great sales person and did everything he could to help me get what I wanted. Pedro in financing was great too! He got me an insanely super deal with my interest rate. I was very impressed with their knowledge and effort to make everything right! I got a great deal and would recommend highly to any and everyone. More
