If it wasn't for him I would still be waiting for this transaction to go through. On Lakeland Hills dealership I saw people that really knew their job and how to give good customer service. I would certainly buy a car from Regal again as long as it is the one located on Lakeland Hills but would NEVER enter the lot of Bartow Rd. More
