When signing for the new, used vehicle, we discussed a few things to be fixed on it. It was negotiated into the contract so legally Regal Lakeland had to fix those things for us. I made appointment after appointment to fix the few things and Kelvin would always give me the run around. EVERY TIME. I don't use words like "every", "always", and "never". But he did that to me EVERY time! He would tell me, "Oh... the guy got fired..." Or he would tell me to be at the dealership from 12 pm to 1 pm and then would tell me that the vendor was only at the dealership from 8 am to 9 am. So many wasted trips. So many lies. I hate having to get ugly with people, but I have to keep my word when I tell you I will pay my bill each month, so I expect you to keep yours. If you buy from this dealership, BEWARE!!! More

I am so happy we were put in touch with Wanda from Regal. The other dealerships were pushy and kept trying to play games. Regal showed me that there are still honest dealerships. From day 1 Wanda was very easy to communicate with and was not frustrated by my email communication. When I asked her to call me back in a month, she did and that follow-up was really helpful. She emailed me the lease info without me having to drive to see it. I would recommend this dealership 100%! More
