There is nothing I dread more than purchasing a new vehicle process. However my experience with Regal and Troy has changed that. The service I received was simply excellent. We set a time to meet on a Saturday morning, when I arrived he had the vehicle waiting for me to inspect. The entire process took only about 1.5 hours from walking in to driving away in my new car. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Troy and Regal. I will be a return customer. Thank you. More

I was given ample opportunity to test drive vehicles that fit my list. He didn't try to sell or push me into anything other than the sort of vehicles that I requested. He and his colleagues also patiently demonstrated and explained ALL of the various buttons on the console and how the seats worked--as I initially had found this issue frustrating and confusing.
