From my first contact with Leah who took my offer on the truck over the phone and then with Boz who accepted my offer and agreed to hold the truck for me until the next day without me putting anything down on it. I was impressed... When our family arrived at Regal we were greeted very warmly by a gentleman that took our information and hooked us up with Trent who took us to the Truck, which had been prepped perfectly. It sparklrd and was spotlessly clean in and out. Next Trent went with us on a test on I-4. The truck handled and drove great. After the test drive Trent completed our sales aggreement and then took us to meet with Michael who completed all of the title and tag transfer paperwork. He really has a pleasant personality and made me feel very comfortable. Like I said earlier this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. It was a very friendly and no hassle experience.
