I had actually started out my car search at another dealership that was closer to where I live, but the sales team was so rude, I went out of my way to go to Regal because I had heard others mention wh dealership that was closer to where I live, but the sales team was so rude, I went out of my way to go to Regal because I had heard others mention what a great experience they'd had with buying from them. Kevin Dame was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and he was critical in helping me (who had at the time never before owned a Honda) to narrow down my choices to find the right car for me. Even though they did not have what I wanted on the lot, he drilled down on all the details of exactly what I wanted/needed the car to come with/without and ordered it for me. My new car came directly from the manufacturer to the dealership when it was ready, and Regal installed the leather that I had requested. It took a few weeks, but it was 100% worth the wait. I could not be any happier with my choice of vehicle and I am very appreciative of Kevin's assistance and patience in helping me to find it. I would highly recommend Regal Lakeland to anyone. A 2010 Honda Odyssey is on its way to North Carolina and should arrive at my daughter’s doorstep as her newest acquisition. She is so happy and says it is all because of you, Sal, Jr. and the dedicated staff at Regal. She has been working with Leah and Todd, who helped her get her last Odyssey three years ago. This is the 7th car she has owned from Regal, and she refuses to shop anywhere else, even though she lives in North Carolina! I guess God knew what he was doing when he sent both of us to 5:00 pm Mass on Sunday, as it opened the door for the sale of another car! Regal not only found the exact vehicle (including color... there was only one in FL) we wanted, they secured it from a Pensacola dealer and delivered it to our house with a full tank of gas! I had bought a Regal Honda in 2010 and I had the best of the best in sales, so I wanted to deal again with Regal for a GMC. I ordered a Terrain and on 12/3/11 I drove 2 1/2 hours to get my new car. When I w the best in sales, so I wanted to deal again with Regal for a GMC. I ordered a Terrain and on 12/3/11 I drove 2 1/2 hours to get my new car. When I walked in, I was told they tried to call me to let me know they traded the Terrain I ordered to another dealer. Reason, it didn't have the tires I wanted. I picked put another car and asked for pin stripe and rain/wondow visors. Drove 2 1/2 hours two days later to get my other new car, I called and told them I would be there at 11:30am. Guess what, I walked in, sales manager picked up the phone and asked if the parts I wanted were ordered. NO, thery weren't. I waited a couple hours, got the car, not even sorry for the delay or a thank you for buying their car. Never again will I reccomend REGAL dealership or will I ever buy a car from them. I really have to take the blame for my stupidity for not walking out the first day. More
