Dear Mr. Heim, Thank you for your response. Mr May and Mr.Campbell got a license plate for me and I look forward to picking up my VALID REGISTRATION and new plate on Friday,4/29/11.I paid an extra one hundred dollars for my new plate and registration,but Karen somehow reinstated a CANCELLED REGISTRATION and PLATE and added the deleted info to the title. The DMV is also helping me to remove the CANCELLED information to my new car title. I will call you tomorrow around 1:30 pm. D. Weekes

I don't really want anymore people involved with what happened. What happened, happened, and its over now. I have my car, I had my experience, and I am letting others know. Just make sure that your sales people know how to handle people and make sure that the process is more seamless. I already get phone calls at least once every 2 weeks about something dealing with me giving my phone number, not to mention the junk mail, advertisements and emails stemming from this purchase. Maybe that's the dealerships way of exceptional service, but it should be an option to the customers. It is getting rediculous and making me regret buying from here more and more. Maybe you should survey the people who buy cars from there and see what they think, as well.
