Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have accessed your records and what services were performed on your vehicle. Your battery failed the load test and was replaced. The vehicle then performed as designed, so no further diagnosis was needed. Rob said that he spoke with you when you called back in with the additional concerns and he requested that you bring the vehicle back in so that they could determine what needed to be done. We can only repair when the vehicle is actively demonstrating failure or there is a visual part breakdown. Diagnosis and repairs are always made according to Honda's guidelines. We apologize for any frustration that you have experienced, but are glad that your vehicle is now repaired and performing to your satisfaction.
