On Tuesday morning, July 13, I brought my CRV in for a flashing battery light. I was told by Megan Barnes after the preliminary check that diagnostics showed no problem with the alternator. It was recommended that the drive belt be changed. After three days, a new serpentine belt finally showed up. The new belt was installed and flashing battery light still is on. I came to Regal thinking they would have the resources to properly diagnose and solve the problem. I did not except to have a parts changer guess and then charge me 163.00 for something not needed and the problem still exists. I even spoke with Mr. Sal Campisi and Alaina Southern about the delay in getting parts. I am thoroughly disappointed with the results of this visit and would like to know your policy on correcting this situation. This is my third experience with Regal service department since I have owned by CRV and all three visits were not acceptable. More

I explained that this wasn’t working for me. And now, another text (thanks for the spam?). You shouldn’t have to get people to give you ratings for one appointment so often. 5 times in 30 hours is shady. So no, no I wouldn’t go back. There were problems with the appointment, aka no one checked the vin. Warranty information was ignored until pointed out. But people were kind and fixed things; so in person I have a very positive rating. I was in person and didn’t want to discourage anyone. But since you won’t leave me alone. It was pretty xxxx I would’ve given 2/5. But now I’m a 1/5 because you won’t let me move on because I gave you a 5/5. That’s shady. Won’t ever be back. Literally can’t pay me. And I’ll be happy to add this to google reviews and Yelp if you continue to contact me. More

As a result, it took much longer to repair the car than it should—that was according to the collision center. Rob was my point of contact and was terrible at communicating—I literally would not get a phone response unless I left an angry message for him, then he was quick to call back. Because of all this it cost me additional money for car rental since my policy only covered 30 days and it took almost 2 months for the repair. And then when everything was done and the was ready for me to get, service told me the oxygen sensor was not working and I’d have to pay $900 out of my own pocket to repair it—which I wouldn’t do since I was not about to give Regal Honda anymore time or money from my car repair. I could go on and in with the delays and screwups from the service dept but suffice it to say I will NEVER take any of my cars there and will actively discourage any of my friends from doing so. More
