The service on my car was great and the receptionist was amazing! Unfortunately the communication with my service advisor was lacking as I had to call numerous times just to find out the status of my car. I amazing! Had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning didn’t leave until 1230 just for an oil change and rotate balance. I was the last one in the waiting area until lunch time. My actual service provider (Barske) was amazing. However, Chrissy, the person who greeted me, was rude, and I felt like she was trying to convince me to switch my appointment because it was busy.
