The customer service technicians at Regal are very friendly and helpful. The service manager Kyle is less than impressive on all accounts of customer service and helpfulness. Our suv has been in the shop there 4 times now and they’ve yet to fix the issue we’re having. At this point we’ve taken our car to another Honda dealership for service. Whatever you do don’t buy the extra coverages or eco care for your vehicle here you’ll only be disappointed to find out nothing is covered except tires and oil changes. We were told bumper to bumper on everything by the finance team only to be told I owed them for $35 for an air filter on my first oil change. I questioned the cost with the finance department and was told to take it up with the service department. It’s a constant round robin game. I will say if you make a big enough complaint eventually you just email the owner and stuff gets taken care of. It shouldn’t have to be this way. More

REGAL HONDA IS A BIG RIP OFF!! In all my life I have never been to a reputable company that charges you if they can’t fix the problem that you brought to them. I brought my Honda Odyssey to Regal Honda never been to a reputable company that charges you if they can’t fix the problem that you brought to them. I brought my Honda Odyssey to Regal Honda to get my Tire Pressure Monitor reset. After waiting more than two hours, the Service Manager came and told me that they can’t fix the problem. Then handed me a bill for $124. I PAID the bill!! He also told me that if I buy a new HONDA Tire Sensor from them at a cost of $421 that they could fix the problem. I told him to order the part and I will be back. The part came in and I waited another two and a half hours. The Service guys came to me again and said we can’t fix the problem. He said he could fix it if I bought 3 more Tire Sensors at $421 X 4 = $1,684 just to read the tire pressures. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! IF HONDA CAN'T FIX MY HONDA, WHO CAN??? More
