Love my service manager Rob Young and bring my car to Honda for reliable service and parts, even though the cost is more. However, I was given an appointment on Wednesday and was told when I returned fro Honda for reliable service and parts, even though the cost is more. However, I was given an appointment on Wednesday and was told when I returned from lunch almost two hours later that no work had been done. Rob said there were two technicians out and asked me to return the following day at any time, which I did. I’m willing to cooperate when things occur, but I wish I had been informed a little sooner. Rob offered me a loaner vehicle, which I declined. My car was repaired the next day when I came back. Seems like this was something out of Rob’s control, but someone dropped the ball somewhere. More
