The only complaint I have about the experience was the fact I went in the express service line and was told to go to service line. *UPDATE* David V. reached out and made everything right. Good customer service. Won't be returning to this dealership for anything. Called on Monday scheduled an oil change and to fix a recall issue for Good customer service. Won't be returning to this dealership for anything. When I showed up on Saturday Dustin acted like he had no idea what needed to be done (why even call to schedule?) and said they didn't have the time to fix the recall (not my problem). Over 2 hours later (with no update) they finished the oil change leaving grease marks on the inside but didn't even bother to wash the car (complimentary). I could've gone to Jiffy Lube for a 30 minute oil change. Like I said we won't be returning to this dealership for purchase or service. More

They have to stop marking up repair cost by 100% - 120% when we already pay over the fair price of the cars here. I think their should be better upfront cost.
