I have always, in the past been very happy with this dealership. I have TWICE left messages ~ one for the service manager and then one for the dealership manager. My husband brought my Honda in for an oil change. They came out and told him it also need tires rotated - fine. Also, that the oil filter and cabin filter needed to be changed and that the transmission fluid needed to be changed ~ it was time ~ every 30,000 miles. Well, 15,000 miles ago the filters and the transmission fluid WERE changed, therefore they were NOT needed at this time. We split our time between IN and FL. I have always gone to Honda dealerships for service because they can see the records and know what needs to be done. Obviously, they are just trying to run up charges. We will not be back. More
