I'm pleased with all phases from sales to service, except battery technician. He claimed to have serviced my battery 18 months ago. When the battery failed a few weeks later it was covered with corrosion. battery technician. He claimed to have serviced my battery 18 months ago. When the battery failed a few weeks later it was covered with corrosion. I bought a new battery. A few weeks ago that battery failed. I called AAA and their technician said his device showed a bad cell and it was only cold cranking 300 when it should crank 500. I took it to Regal and your battery guy said there was nothing wrong with it. Less than a week later it failed again. That time I insisted they put in a new battery.
