I'm pleased with all phases from sales to service, except battery technician. He claimed to have serviced my battery 18 months ago. When the battery failed a few weeks later it was covered with corrosion. battery technician. He claimed to have serviced my battery 18 months ago. When the battery failed a few weeks later it was covered with corrosion. I bought a new battery. A few weeks ago that battery failed. I called AAA and their technician said his device showed a bad cell and it was only cold cranking 300 when it should crank 500. I took it to Regal and your battery guy said there was nothing wrong with it. Less than a week later it failed again. That time I insisted they put in a new battery. I have no faith in your battery dept. , More

Finally honored my Lifetime Powertrain Warranty Service has always been excellent. However, this time there were some transmission issues that were repaired, but service wouldn't honor my dealer ext Service has always been excellent. However, this time there were some transmission issues that were repaired, but service wouldn't honor my dealer extended warranty. I ended up talking with management on the issue, and they agreed with me that the repair should have been covered with the warranty. They issued me a refund for the parts and labor involved. More
