I was quoted one price for my tires and alignment and then charged a higher price. Then I was called 2 hours after dropping of my car off and informed that the 3 tires that i was told were in stock were then charged a higher price. Then I was called 2 hours after dropping of my car off and informed that the 3 tires that i was told were in stock were not so I would have to come back for the 3rd to be put on which is a 45 minutes drive for me. I told him I need my car for work so let me know when I could pick it up that day. He didnt, I texted him at 5 asking if I could get it and he said yes but said the hours had changed and they just told him so my keys would be at the counter. I got there and every door was locked, someone finally let me in. When I explained that it's been a horrible experience noone apologized or anything just acted inconvenienced that I was there late when I was told to come. I have bought 2 brand new cars from regal in the past year and take all my vehicles here for service with crissy but this has been the worst service I've ever had. Might try servicing my vehicles closer to home next time. More

I will only have my car serviced there because of Chrissy in service she goes out of her way to help! I have had my 4 different Honda’s serviced there sense 1998 I bought a 2015 used Honda Civic in 2016 an in service she goes out of her way to help! I have had my 4 different Honda’s serviced there sense 1998 I bought a 2015 used Honda Civic in 2016 an felt I was taken advantage of, so I will NEVER purchase a car form Regal again More
